PreForma is operated by Sava Pivnički, a licensed psychologist and individual sole proprietor ("we," "us," or "our"). PreForma provides a client risk assessment platform for architecture and interior design professionals. For questions about this policy, contact us at psihotrot@gmail.com.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the PreForma website and platform, including:

• The PreForma marketing website
• The architect registration and onboarding flow
• The client intake questionnaire
• Any email communications sent by PreForma

This policy does not apply to third-party services linked from our website, including Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) or Google Workspace services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

• Architect email address — collected when you register for PreForma to receive your personalized intake link and assessment reports.
• Client intake responses — your client's answers to the project intake questionnaire, submitted through your personalized link.
• Newsletter subscription — your email address if you subscribe to PreForma communications.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website.
• Device information — device type, operating system, and screen resolution, used to optimize the experience across devices.

3.3 Payment information

PreForma does not collect or store any payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. Please review Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy for information on how your payment data is handled.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver your personalized intake link and assessment reports
• To process and fulfill your subscription to PreForma

• To send newsletters and product updates, if you have opted in
• To improve the PreForma platform and user experience
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

5. Client Intake Data — Special Notice

As the architect using PreForma, you are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required under applicable law before sending the intake link to your clients. PreForma does not make representations about the legal requirements applicable to your specific jurisdiction or client relationship.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

PreForma uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the website. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.

• Service providers — we use Google Workspace (including Google Forms and Google Sheets) to operate parts of the PreForma platform. Information processed through these services is subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Payment processing — subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We share only the information necessary to complete your transaction.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PreForma, our users, or the public.
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

8. Data Retention

We retain your architect email address and account information for as long as your subscription is active or as necessary to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Client intake responses are not permanently retained after report delivery, as described in Section 5 above.

Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal information
• Objection — object to certain uses of your information
• Portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

PreForma is intended for use by architecture and design professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The PreForma website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
